Abstract

Of what city am I a citizen? Taking into account some of the collected data and analysis of an already 10 year long running research program conducted in Montreal, the author describes the present condition of the citizen as // nomadic and requiring specific abilities. In the conclusion the author pleads for a new approach to knowledge and learning as a requisite for citizen education in schools.
