This article arises from research works in Sciences of the education. Runner of the social phenomenon well-being or ill-being in the work of the teachers, the studied question concerns what motivates the link made between their school experience and their activity. Among the results, two discoveries: the report of the teachers in their schooling is a construction under tightened for some by a mechanism. The set influences their report in the activity putting them more or less in imbalance, sometimes in states of ill-being.
